1. When starting up, select the forward and reverse rotation first after the emergency stop is turned on. In operation, do not select the forward and reverse rotation, but shut down first

2. When starting up, turn on the fan first, and then start the host. When stopping the machine, first press the main machine to stop, and then turn off the fan. If the sequence is wrong, it may damage the electrical appliances

maintenance of leveling machine:

after the leveling machine is debugged and can be used, users should understand the maintenance of the machine. There are mainly the following aspects:

1. Where there are grease fittings, add them once a month. Mainly the lubrication of bearings

2. Pay attention to the cleanness of the roll surface. No welding slag, short sheet metal or other things are allowed to fall into the roll room to avoid damaging the leveling roll

3. After long-term use, check whether any screws and nuts are loose and tighten them with a wrench
